Dr Mona Kaur is an experienced Medical Practitioner who has worked as a doctor for 29 years and as an Integrative Medical Practitioner for about 24 years. Her main focus in managing chronic illnesses is to investigate and determine the root cause of the person’s symptoms with comprehensive assessment and management. Treatment goes beyond drugs and surgery with evidence-based remedies, lifestyle tips, mental health strategies and nutritional and environmental medical advice.
She is a graduate of the University of Adelaide Medical School and has done postgraduate training in General Practice (RACGP), Mental Health (Focussed Psychological Strategies - FPS), Nutritional & Environmental Medicine (ACNEM) and Integrative Brain Health (DAN, MINDD). She has lectured for ACNEM and other functional medicine organisations and is passionate about educating her colleagues and her patients.
She was the director of Tara Wholistic Health Centre for 10 years and has also owned and run an organic restaurant for 3 years.
She is a dedicated mother, an avid health researcher, a keen advocate for personal development, and enjoys world music, dance and movies and Japanese remedial therapy exercise.
