*Medicare rebates eligible for Telehealth consultations if patient has attended an in-clinic consultation in the past 12 months.
Any non-attendance, cancellation, or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before a booked appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be charged at 50% of the consultation service.

We require 1 working day’s notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations, last minute rescheduling or non-attendance incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the session charge minus the Medicare rebate.
