About Me

"My aim is to help you replace an overwhelmed physiology of fear and chronic stress with the innate human experience of joy and grounded presence, which is our fundamental biological design. I joined Next Practice because its support for holistic and integrative treatment approaches, perfectly aligns with my values as a practitioner."

Arielle is a warm, genuine practitioner who believes that true healing happens when we treat the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. She promotes a validating, explorative space for you to uncover your unique needs and reconnect with your authentic self. Together, you will collaborate on a personalised path to healing—blending creative intuition with evidence-based practices to help you feel whole again.

Arielle understands that the weight of modern life and the echoes of trauma often live in our bodies below the surface of consciousness. This ‘wear and tear’ can show up as inflammation, chronic pain, exhaustion, or a nervous system that always feels exhausted or on edge. Her mission is to help you compassionately unravel these layers of survival mode, guiding you back to a life that is anchored in safety, joy, and a true sense of presence.

Interests

  • Somatic Experiencing & Polyvagal Theory: To emotionally release unresolved trauma and orient your nervous system to feel safe again.
  • Internal Family Systems and Parts Work: To unburden different parts of the personality that develop to manage the impact of trauma; and access the innate compassionate self.
  • Pain Reprocessing: To rewire how the mind and body perceives and reacts to physical pain.
  • Mindfulness: To cultivate a sense of presence, calmness, and self-connection.
  • Person-Centered Motivational Interviewing: To replace ambivalence and resistance with a sense of empowerment and capacity.
  • Psychoeducation: To strengthen your knowledge through personalised education and resources to deepen your mental health literacy.
  • Psychoneuroimmunology: To explore the constant conversation between your nervous system, hormones, and immune system. By looking at how your life experiences have shaped your health, you’ll gain a clearer picture of why your body reacts the way it does to stress—and how you can begin to change that response.

Arielle is committed to real-world impact and also works in inpatient trauma care, where she facilitates resilience-focused recovery and meaningful transformation through similar trauma-informed practices that honour the wisdom of the body.

‍

Please note, Arielle operates her own medical services business at Next Practice Sydney and other locations. All correspondence should be directed to the individual practitioner themselves via the Next Practice Sydney email sydney@nextpracticehealth.com.
